The boys and girls at Nursery have been doing lots of Halloween related activities this week. On Wednesday, they came to Nursery dressed in Halloween costumes. We shared lots of stories including ‘Meg and Mog’ stories, ‘Room on a Broom’ and ‘What’s in the Witches Kitchen’. The children were fascinated to learn about pumpkins, helping to peel them and scoop out the insides to make delicious soup. We also made a spooky lantern with a pumpkin. During the week we did lots of craft activities including; pumpkin shape pictures; woven spider webs; stick magic wands and spider dough models. The children also enjoyed making their own magic potions and writing spells. Take a look at the photos of some of our activities.
