Year 5 have had a fantastic first week back in school – we can’t believe that it’s been so long since everyone was together! Although we understand that some children were perhaps a little anxious after such a long time away, it has been wonderful to see them happy and settled back in the classroom. This week, we have had fun getting to know each other as well as learning what everyone has been doing during the break. The positive attitude and mindset of all of the children has really impressed the Year 5 team, and we have been pleased to see how adaptable the children have been to the new routines in school. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds!
