The school has been alive with the sound of words today as the children have been enjoying adjective day. It was lovely to see the effort the children (and parents) had made preparing children in costumes to celebrate the power of words. There were lots of lazy, active and cosy children throughout all classes and some even had us discombobulated with their choice of costumes! The children have had great fun doing all of their work around adjectives and have learnt lots of new vocabulary to use in their writing. Thank you for your support in preparing the children for a day that allowed them to be creative, adventurous, academic and most of all that was a lot of fun!
