Reception Week 2
Our Reception children have had a wonderful week settling into their new routines and learning all about our rules and expectations. It has been lovely to see old friendships from nursery rekindled, while also watching new friendships begin to grow.
We have been busy exploring our classroom, discovering our new Nest area and making the most of our newly developed outdoor space. The children have also enjoyed visiting the library, staying for lunch and have excitedly begun their first phonics and maths lessons.
We are so proud of how confidently the children have settled in and we can’t wait to see what next week brings!
