Over the summer holidays, we know that children and families will have had great fun with many adventures both at home and in far flung corners of the Earth. We have enjoyed hearing lots about this from the children over the last couple of days as they have been excited to share their experiences.
One of our pupils had a particularly exciting time when she competed in the World Transplant Games which took place during August. Competing in the swimming and in table tennis was impressive enough but the medal haul was amazing with bronze, silver and gold medals achieved.
It is amazing to think we have an international sportswomen in our school and we are all very proud.
