Another strange week at school, but another fantastic one! While everyone at school has been making Easter pom poms and perfecting Tik Tok dances (as well as keeping up with online learning!), it looks like everyone at home has been keeping their spirits up and having a great time too!
Although the staff of Year 5 have been working very hard to make sure you all have something to do, both at home and at school, we’ve also made sure we’re appreciating spending time with those we love at home. Mrs Jennings and her daughter have been making sure they’re up and active doing Joe Wicks every morning, Miss Alexander has spent hours perfecting her baking skills (who knew brownies were so difficult to make?!) and Mrs Dale has been keeping in touch with elderly relatives by doing family quizzes via WhatsApp!
We’ve loved receiving all of your photos, kind messages and seeing your beautiful rainbows – please keep them coming over Easter! We’re also looking forward to seeing all of your entries to the Easter Egg competition; remember, they need to be sent in by Wednesday 15th April!
We’re all missing seeing you every morning, and we can’t wait to be reunited soon! Remember to keep washing your hands, keep active, keep busy and keep smiling!
