During the fist week of the summer term, the weather inevitably becomes mixed! However, children in school have still managed to get outside when it has been dry and sunny in order to keep a balance with the indoor activities.
Amongst the variety of other tasks, staff have organised some baking activities which the children have been extremely successful with; Early Years/KS1 children had the opportunity to bake bread rolls whilst KS2 children made some cakes for a little bit of a treat.
From the many pictures we have had sent to us, we know how much baking and cooking is going on at home as well, which may lead to the likes of ‘The Great British Bake off’ and ‘Masterchef’ being inundated with applications in a few years time just from ex Harlow Green pupils!
