The children have been so excited to start learning about our Forest School and certainly weren’t put off by the wet Autumn weather. Each week we will get to know the different areas around our site. This week, into the woodlands, with a detour for jumping in muddy puddles. Learning about how we manage risk is a fundamental part of a child’s Forest School journey. The children are encouraged to support those that may feel less secure than themselves, allowing people to work within their own personal boundaries. However it is also important to know when its beneficial to push past those limits, so discovering our full potential.
