Good morning everyone,
Please find attached the home learning for Year 1 for this week. Please find that there are two schedules to follow as phonics has a separate timetable. All of the boards and resources needed are provided below.
In English this term, we are learning about traditional tales. This week we are focusing on Goldilocks and the Three Bears. If you have other traditional tales/fairy tales at home you could also spend some time sharing these. In maths, we are doing further work on subtraction. Our topic lessons have a focus around the UK, local landmarks and landmarks of London.
Some activities have links which will direct you to web pages whilst other work will relate to programs your child has access to already through their regular Home Learning.
The class teacher will be contactable via Class Dojo (around their class commitments). If there are any issues with the work, please contact the teacher who will try and provide the necessary support. Remember to send any photos to [email protected]. We look forward to receiving these.
