It’s the beginning of Christmas in Reception.
This week, Reception have been getting ready for Christmas with the most important job, writing a letter to Santa. We started the week by discussing all of the marvellous things Santa might bring us, then we wrote him a letter. As we did not know what would happen to the letter, we watched a video that helped explain that they are taken to the post office and carefully sorted using a big machine.
In the snow, we took a trip to the post box to deliver our important letters and now wait excitedly for Christmas Day when Santa arrives with all of our surprises. Take a look at our photos below.
