Kidsafe

Mrs Cunningham, our Kidsafe leader, visited both Year 3 classes with her puppet KS.  She talked to the children about who they could go to if they were worried.  The children made their own list of trusted adults, which included grown-ups at home and in school.  Mrs Cunningham also talked about ‘yucky feelings’ and that if we have these feelings we can speak to someone we trust, which will help us to feel better.  All of the children were reminded that if we have a worry we can write a message to our teacher and in place it in our worry box in the classroom.   We ended the session by singing happy birthday to KS.
