This week we have loved seeing all of the different the things each of you have been taking part in during Well-being Week! The week was designed to allow the children, parents and carers some time away from screens, encourage a range of different and varied activities and to focus on the five pillars of well-being from the NHS website:
- Taking Notice/Mindfulness
- Giving to others
- Keep Learning New Skills
- Being active and healthy
- Connecting to Others
Thank you to everyone who has sent in wonderful pictures of your well-being activities. We’ve had pictures of so many different activities, including baking, Lego making and lots of fun in the snow! It’s been fantastic to see and hear about what a lovely week you have had. The Teams meet this week also showed us the huge talent we have in Year 6: dancing, magic tricks, football skills, keyboard playing, Spanish to name but a few.
There will be no teams meet next week as it is half term, but we’re looking forward to seeing all of your smiling faces on screen again on Thursday 25th February!
Stay safe, and have a lovely half term!
