Dear Parent/Carer,

Your Child has been chosen represent Harlow Green Primary School in a Tag Rugby event, which will be held on Thursday 1st November, 2018 at Blaydon Rugby Club.

The tournament is due to start at 1.00 p.m. and finish at 3.00 p.m. Therefore children will be due back to school for home time depending on traffic

Your child should wear their school PE kit, suitable trainers and a water bottle.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Football Tournament. The Tournament will take place at Glynwood Primary School, on Thursday 1st November, 2018.

Your child will need their P.E. Kit, trainers, shin pads, and a water bottle (no glass bottles please). Children are also allowed to bring a small snack with them.

We will be leaving school at approximately 4.00 p.m. to go to Glynwood Primary by coach. The tournament is due to finish at approximately 5.00 p.m.

Parents are welcome to spectate. Children MUST be collected from Glynwood Primary.

Please complete and return the permission slip below, as unfortunately unless we receive this permission your child will be unable to participate.

Your child will need to take a PE Kit, and water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

Children will leave school after lunch and return before home time.

The match will take place at Gateshead International Stadium on Wednesday 21st November, 2018.

The match is due to start at 4.00 p.m. and finish at 5.00 p.m. School will be providing transport there but all children MUST be collected from Gateshead International Stadium.

Children will need their school PE Kit, shin pads, a water bottle and a small snack. (No glass bottles please).
