25 Joseph Swan Transition Week Joseph Swan Transition Week All day 25 Jun 2018-29 Jun 2018 Moving to Year 6 – Meeting for Y5 Parents Moving to Year 6 – Meeting for Y5 Parents 3:30 PM-4:00 PM 25 Jun 2018 Wednesday 13th June 2018 Dear Parent/Carer, RE: Year 6 Organisation 2018/2019 A meeting is to be held for parent/carers of children in Year 5 who will be moving to Year 6 this September. At this meeting, changes to class organisation will be explained. From September, there will be three Year 6 classes which will mean that there will be a reorganisation of the two current classes into new smaller class groups. At the meeting, we will explain: Aims Staffing Organisation Practice To cater for the availability of parents/carers, there will be two meeting options on Monday 25th June 2018: Parents/Carers can attend either at 3.30pm or 5.00pm. Please indicate below which meeting you would like to attend in order that we can arrange a suitable room. We look forward to seeing you there, Mr M.
