Dear Parent / Carer

We plan to run some family learning courses starting in the autumn term and continuing throughout the year. Family learning allows parents/carers to understand more about how their children learn. It also encourages adults and children to continue learning together. To ensure these courses are beneficial to you, we would like to know which activities you would be interested in.

Please tick below your areas of interest and whether you would prefer a morning or afternoon session, or the opportunity to work alongside your child in class.

Once we have this information, we will endeavour to organise sessions to meet the requirements to the best of our ability.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School on a visit to Angel Court Residential Care Home. Here they will work with the residents, local artists and Miss Rowe on a variety of creative projects.

Visits will take place every Friday afternoon until the end of the October Half Term.

Children will leave after lunch, returning back to school in readiness for home time.

Please complete and return the permission slip below so that your son/daughter may take part in the visits.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a football match.

The match will take place at school on Thursday 27th September, 2018, 4.00 p.m. to 5.15 p.m. Spectators are welcome to attend.

Your child will need their school PE Kit, shin pads, a light snack and a water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

Please sign and return the consent form below, as unfortunately we are unable to allow any pupil to participate in this event without written consent.
