Dear Parent/Carer,

Tickets for the Dance Festival at Sage Gateshead are now available to buy from Harlow Green Primary School. Our performance is on Tuesday 2nd April, 2019, 2.00 p.m.  to 4.00 p.m.

School will be providing transport to and from Sage Gateshead. If you wish to take your child home from Sage Gateshead, please tick the box on the permission slip  below.

The cost of the tickets is £7.00 for adults, £5.00 for under 19’s, over 65’s and unwaged. Children under the age of 3 can sit on an adult’s knee and will not require a ticket.

Due to the popularity and large scale of the festival, tickets are limited to 2 per child.

We have requested extra tickets but will not know the quantity available until nearer the time of the festival. Seats are allocated individually, and spectators are asked to sit in their correct seats to avoid any unnecessary disruption to others.

Parents/Carers must be take children to and from Sage Gateshead.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at the Hoops 4 Health Basketball tournament. The tournament will be held on Thursday 4th April, 2019.

 Your child will need to take a PE Kit and a water bottle and a packed lunch. (No glass bottles please).

 We will be leaving school at 8.30 a.m. to travel to the arena by coach. The tournament is due to finish at approximately 2.30 p.m. when we will be travelling back to school.

*If your child is entitled to free school meals and you wish for a school packed lunch to be provided then please tick the box on the permission slip below. If the box is not ticked, then you will be responsible for providing your child/children with their packed lunch.

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Football Tournament. The tournament will take place on Thursday 4th April, 2019 at Riverside Primary, Dunston.

 Your child will need to take a PE Kit, and water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

Children will be leaving school at 3.00 p.m. return at approximately 5.30 p.m. (depending on traffic) as the tournament is due to finish at 5.00 p.m.

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Boccia Tournament. The tournament will be held on Thursday 4th April, 2019 at Joseph Swan Academy.

 Your child will need to take a PE Kit and a water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

We will be leaving school at 3.00 p.m. to travel to Joseph Swan Academy by coach. The tournament is due to finish at approximately 5.15 p.m.

Children MUST be collected from Joseph Swan Academy by parent/carer. (Please tick box on consent form).

We will be leaving school at 12.30 p.m. to travel to Cardinal Hume Academy by coach. The tournament is due to finish at approximately 3.00 p.m. when we will be travelling back to school.
