Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at the KS1 Outdoor and Adventurous Festival. The festival will take place on Wednesday 3rd July, 2019 at Gibside.

Your child will need to take a PE Kit, packed lunch and water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

*If your child is entitled to free school meals and you wish for a school packed lunch to be provided then please stick the box on the permission slip below. If the box is not ticked, then you will be responsible for providing your child/children with their packed lunch.

 The event is due to start at 10.00 a.m. children will be travelling to Gibside by coach. The event is due to finish at 3.00.p.m. Children will return to school hopefully for home-time depending on traffic.

Please sign and return the consent form below, as unfortunately, we are unable to allow any pupil to participate in this visit without written consent.

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at this year’s Times Up – The Great Gateshead Number Fact Challenge. The competition will take place on Thursday 4th July, 2019 at Dryden Centre.

We will be leaving school after registration to go to Dryden Centre by coach and will return for lunchtime.

On the afternoon of Friday 5th July, 2019, there will be a Parents Workshop in Year Three starting at 2.00 p.m. and ending at 3.00 p.m.

The workshop will involve art linked to local Castles.

Children will be dismissed at the normal time of 3.20 p.m.

Dear Parent/Carer,

On Tuesday 16th July, 2019 we would like to invite Year 6 children to go to “Primavera Italian Restaurant” in Low Fell.

The table is booked for 4.30 p.m. so if children could meet outside the restaurant at 4.25 p.m. Children will need to be collected from the restaurant at 6.00 p.m. prompt.

 The school will cover the cost of the meal (as a leaving gift) which will include a drink of juice.

In order for us to confirm definite numbers, could you please complete and return this slip to school, with your child’s choice clearly marked by Tuesday, 9th July, 2019 at the latest.
