The children are all enjoying signing shirts. We have had a few tears already, but they are all celebrating their final day and are enjoying being together.
The academic year is drawing to a close once again, and I am sure everyone is looking forward to a chance to relax and recharge this summer. It has been a very busy year for Harlow Green, with a wide range of successes having been experienced across our community, which we should all be proud of.
Today saw the dress rehearsal and then the final performance of the Year 6 Leavers’ Show. Students, teachers and parents alike were wowed by the children’s fantastic singing, acting and talents. Year 6 have been very busy over the last week with lots of preparations being made for their Leaver’s Show. Hatching time came this week and the whole school got involved. It all started with chick number 1, Dave, who arrived promptly. The children took great delight in hearing the tap, tap, tap of the chicks as they start pipping from their shells. The chicks that hatch are left inside the incubator so t
