Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Football Tournament. The tournament will take place on Friday 3rd May, 2019 at Whickham Fellside Y.F.C.

 Your child will need to take a PE Kit, and water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

Children will be leaving school after lunch and hope to return at approximately 4.00 p.m. (depending on traffic) as the tournament is due to finish at 3.30 p.m.

Please sign and return the consent form below, as, unfortunately, we are unable to allow any pupil to participate in this visit without written consent.

Dear Parent /Carer

We are in the process of planning a residential visit to Dukeshouse Wood for Year 6 children.  The intended dates would be to leave school on Monday 20th May, 2019 and return on Wednesday 22nd May, 2019.

Dukeshouse Wood is situated in Fellside, Hexham, Northumberland.

Included in this trip would be transport, accommodation, meals and daily activities.

The cost to families will be £188.00 per pupil, which will consist of a £48.00 non-refundable deposit and 4 monthly instalments of £35.00. The school will pay for the transport.

If you are interested in your child attending the Year 6 residential then please complete and return the reply slip below by Monday 7th October, 2018 at the latest, so that we can secure numbers.

If you wish for help towards the cost of the trip, then please contact the school office who will be able to provide you with our schools hardship policy.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Football Tournament. The tournament will take place on Tuesday 21st May, 2019 at Howletch Primary School, Peterlee.

 Your child will need to take a PE Kit and a water bottle. (No glass bottles please). Children are also allowed to bring a small snack with them.

We will be leaving school at 3.00 p.m. to travel to Park View Academy by coach. The tournament is due to finish at 4.45 p.m. when we will be travelling back to school. We hope to arrive at Harlow Green for approximately 5.30 p.m. depending on traffic.

Please sign and return the consent form below, as, unfortunately, we are unable to allow any pupil to participate in this visit without written consent.
