Dear Parent/Carer,

 On Friday 1st March 2019, as part of next term’s topic, which is “Rainforests” children will be visiting the Winter Gardens in Sunderland.

 We will be leaving school at 8.30 a.m. and return to school before home-time. 

Each child will need to bring a packed lunch, with a drink (no glass bottles please).

*If your child is entitled to free school meals and you wish for a school packed lunch to be provided then please tick the box on the permission slip below. If the box is not ticked, then you will be responsible for providing your child/children with their packed lunch.

 We would be grateful for a voluntary contribution of £10.00 towards the cost of the visit which includes coach travel, entry and activities.

 Payment can also be made on our Parent Pay website.

Children are to wear full school uniform.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Football Tournament. The tournament will take place on Friday 1st March, 2019 at Swalwell Juniors Football Club.

 Your child will need to take a PE Kit, and water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

Children will be leaving school after lunch and hope to return at approximately 4.00 p.m. (depending on traffic) as the tournament is due to finish at 3.30 p.m.

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Hockey Tournament. The tournament will be held on Thursday 7th March, 2019 at Whickham School.

 Your child will need to take a PE Kit and a water bottle. (No glass bottles please). Children are also allowed to bring a small snack with them.

We will be leaving school at 3.00 p.m. to travel to Whickham School by coach. The tournament is due to finish at approximately 5.30 p.m. when we will be travelling back to school. We hope to arrive at Harlow Green for approximately 6.00 p.m. depending on traffic.

Parents are welcome to spectate. If you wish to take your child home from the tournament, please tick the box on the permission slip below.  We will be leaving school at 9.15 a.m. and are hoping to be back before home time. However, the last activity is due to finish at 2.45 p.m. and, therefore, children maybe a little late depending on traffic.

Each child will need to bring a packed lunch, with a drink (no glass bottles please).
